When I make a purchase from the Training Vault how do I get my products?
As soon as you complete your purchase you will be provided a link to instantly download all of your training tools. You will also receive an email receipt for your records confirming your purchase. Along with your email receipt you will have a link in that email allowing you to access and download your training tools.
Is it easy to transfer the audiobooks, and video training to my iPhone, iPad, Samsung or Android?
YES! With just a few simple clicks you can have all of your training accessible to you from any computer, phone or mobile device.
Can I use my training purchases to create my own CD's and DVD's?
Absolutely. We provide you the simple instruction for creating your own personal library of powerful training materials that you will be able to use for years and years to come.
Are there instructions for uploading audiobooks and videos to my phone or creating my own CD's?
Absolutely. We provide you the simple instructions for getting the most out of your training materials including tips for uploading, syncing, copying and burning.
What is the file format of the video?
The videos are MP4 files that use MPEG-4 compression, a standard made by the Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG). The MP4 format is widely used for sharing high quality video files to allow for maximum flexibly and quality.
MP4 files are supported by default on most computers and many mobile devices too, like Apple’s iPad, iPod touch, and iPhone, as well as Android devices.
What is the format of the audiobooks and audio lessons?
To allow for maximum flexibly and high quality all audiobooks and audio lessons are delivered in MP3 format.
MP3 is a standard technology and format for compressing a sound sequence into a very small file (about one-twelfth the size of the original file) while preserving the original level of sound quality when it is played.
All computers and personal listening devices will play MP3 files.
What is the format of the printed materials ?
Most of the printed training materials and guides are available in PDF format.
It has the ability to exist independently from the hardware, software and operating system (OS) used to create or view the PDF document. What does this mean? It means that PDFs make it easy to transmit files between computers with different applications, preserving the look and feel of the original.
Can I purchase the training as white label with no branding?
Yes. All of our tools can be purchased as “white label” which allows you to brand all of the training with your brand.
White label purchasing is only available with bulk purchasing.

What is a “Zip” file and how do I open it?
A Zip file is a file that contains the components from your purchases that are “zipped up” or compressed into a single file.
Windows, OS X, and Linux all come with programs to open zipped files, or you can use free programs to access them.
In Windows XP or newer, Mac OS X, and Ubuntu Linux, you can double-click the ZIP file and it will open in a new window. You can then copy the contents of your purchase to any location you desire.
Right-click the ZIP file. In Windows and Linux, you can right-click the Zip file and select “Extract All…” or “Extract Here”. Extract All will allow you to set a location for the extracted files to go, and Extract Here will un-compress the folder and leave the files in the same location as the ZIP file.
What if I don't have a program to open Zipped files?
Almost all computers have a program built in to open zipped files and since the ZIP format is open, there are a variety of free software programs available. Some of the more popular free options include:
Once you have installed your new compression software, right-click (Command-click on Mac) the ZIP file and select “Open With…”. Find your compression software in the list of programs and use it to open the file.
What can I do once I download the video and audio?
The digital format allows you unlimited options including but not limited to:
Uploading the audio and video to your phone or other personal listening devices
Burning copies of the audio and video to make your own CDs or DVDs
Listening/watching on your computers or tablets
Holding training classes using LCD projectors

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from The Training Vault?
No! No account is necessary. You are welcome to use any credit card you wish to purchase your training.
We use PayPal to offer you a double layer of protection against Internet fraud. This assures your information is always safe and secure.
BUT…If you are joining one of our Monthly Action Clubs you DO need to set up a PayPal account to allow for your monthly billing. Again this is to protect you. This way none of your credit card information is stored on our computers.
